APD 28: Good Cause

So, this is late. I was going to have this up an hour ago, but I decided to watch Parks and Rec before finishing the dialogue. Given the nature of the episode, I am glad I did (The one where Gryzzl data-mines). I probably would have just brushed this little thing off as a gag, but I am now convinced I need to actually address this as part of Jean's character. Serendipitously, while I was prepping this comic idea, TAYLOR SWIFTS TWITTER WAS COMPROMISED, which to me constitutes a national emergency. Is nothing sacred? So, I guess I have just really good timing with my themes. It's either that or I just throw so many at the wall that a few are bound to stick.
