I am not sure how to gauge this one. On the on had it took me like two months to complete. On the other hand, I didn't actually work that much on it over those two months. Anyway, right now, I think it is OK.
As for the story, this never explicitly happened to me. It is just me piecing together feeling and events from my childhood and fantasies. As for theological debates, I have decided that I will keep them explicitly out of this comic, mainly because all I will do is piss off people. I am not exaggerating when I say that I disagree with the entire world when it comes to theology. However, its place in people's interactions with each other is still an interesting topic, and that may be addressed in the comic.
So this storyline has one more strip in it. Then I will do my Valentines Day strip and finish up the semester with preparation for a longer story that should take me about a year to finish.
Maybe, later on this week I will do a special post about alarm clocks and whatnot. I suppose with me getting a real job I will have to start using one.
also, who wants to go to the Toronto Comic Arts Festival?
Evan Dahm and Danielle Corsetto will be there, and they will be debuting the color edition of the third Scott Pilgrim book! Also, a lot of it is free!
Finally, I have my defense date set. If you are going to be in Ann Arbor on Friday April 26th, then you can listen to me give a talk on the last three years of my life.
